1) Background
All southeast Asian countries have positioned Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the mainstream of education systems and setting in as priority in their education agenda in view of fact that this type of education plays an important role in the socio-economic development of a nation (Paryono, 2013).

2) Objectives :
The objectives of the SEA-CREATIVE CAMP are as follows:
1. To provide intermediate-advanced technical and vocational knowledge and skills in areas of advanced technology, enterpreneurship and competencies to students and teachers in Southest Asia
2. To promote global competitiveness and 21st century skills of students required for their future careers
3. To encourage creativity and share ideas/practices and innovative projects among the participants
4. To establish career networking platforms among the specialised group of youth / students / teachers

5) Participants:
Requirements for participants in the SEA Creative Camp:
• Registration must be applied by a team of students with name of teachers (Please check details of each workshop for the maximum number of teachers and students in each team)
• Institutions can send maximum of 15 teams per 1 workshop
• Have interest in the future knowledge, advanced technology, creative industry, enterpreneurship
• Good command in English communication
• Studying in secondary school, non-formal Education, TVET school/ colleges/ polytechnics, and universities.
• The study areas of youth and students are not limited
• The participants should can be students, young TVET teachers, young enterpreneur, young industry workers
• Participants should have minimum knowledge and skills as required by each workshop.
• Participants should be able to attend workshop through online system and be able to review the sessions which the students cannot attend.

6) Registration fee
There is afree of charge to participate in the 12 online courses. However, at the end of the online workshop, participants are required to submit the final project assignment according to the requirement of each workshop.

7) Prize and Certification:
At the end of each workshop, the project outputs will be evaluated and selected the winners. Each workshop will have the following prizes:
• 1st Prize : 7,000,000 IDR
• 2nd Prize : 6,000,000 IDR
• 3rd Prize : 5,000,000 IDR
The 1st winner of each workshop will be invited to participate in the SEAMEO Council Conference, Malaysia 2019. (To be Confirmed)
The following certification to the winner, shortlists and participants will be provided at the end of the announcement of winners:
• Certificate of Participation:
For all participants (students and teachers) who submit the final project assignment to the C ommitee.
• Certificate of Recognition:
For all winners and shortlisted teams (teachers ans students) who can produce outstanding outputs/product models at the end of workshop
• Certificate of Appreciation:
For all working committee, hosts, workshop committee members, speakers, resource persons and sponsores

8) Workshop Preparation and Details Requirement:
SEAMEO Secretariat will need to coordinate with the workshop coordinator and consolidate the details of the workshop for announcement, therefore the following workshop details should be provided by the host of each workshop to the SEAMEO Secretariat
• Objectives of the workshop
• Who are the participants and minimum knowledge and skills required
• Maximum number of participants to be accepted for the workshop
• Training schedule
• Contents to be provided in the workshop and details of each session
• Learning Outcomes (At the end of the workshop, what knowlwdge and skills perticipants will gain)
• Activities to be conducted in the workshop
• Resource persons, and members of the workshop committee
• Evaluation / criteria in competitions

9) Overall Expected Outputs:
At the end of the online courses,
• Each team will be assigned to create/ develop the final project prototypes/ product models according to the requirements of the workshop hosts. Each team will be given approximately 20-30 days for creating final projects
• After creating final projects/ product prototypes, each team will have about 30 days to sell their products to the market, companies and/or communities
• At the end of December, all teams need to submit the product prototypes/ prosuct models, details of concept development, with the marketting report to the workshop hosts.

11) Responsibilities of Organisers and Hosts:

• Promote the 3th SEA Creative Camp to the network
• Support the prizes for the winners of SEA Creative Camp
• Support the participation of the winners in the Ministry’s event for the award presentation
• Coordinate with SEAMEO for organising the award presentation
Role of SEAMEO
• Overall programme and content coordination
• Concept note and overall programme development
• Develop event website and online regitration
• Preparing announcement and invitation to other Southeast Asia countries
• Coordinating with the hosts of each workshop regarding the programme
Roles of the Hosts of each Online Workshop
• Nominate a focal person to coordinate with SEAMEO Secretariat, MOEC/MORTHE team and other workshop partners
• Design the training schedule, training contents, learning outcomes, evaluation mechanism, and details of project assignment for the competition
• Identitty participants and skills required
• Identity speakers and preparing invitation to speakers and resources persons
• Ensure the organisasion of the workshop will be smoothly conducted
• Conduct competitions at the end of the workshop and selected the good outputs from participants
• Provide a list of shortlists and winners to SEAMEO Secretariat after the workshop for posting on the website
• Facilitate communication and follow-up eith the participants throughout the workshop period
