ASEAN nasionals studying in ASEAN tertiary institutions are eligible to join.

2. REGISTER YOUR TEAM

Round up your pesonal information and register online from 21 march 2018 to 23 may 2018

3. SIGN UP FOR WEBCASTS AND ENABLEMENT SESSIONS

Attend the competition webcasts and enablement sessions to better understand the SAP analytics Cloud platform that will be used.

4. SELECT YOUR COMPETITION THEME

Select key issues based on one of the sic UN SDG themes and data sets provided

5. DEVELOP YOUR STORYBOARD

Start working on your storyboard after you get access to the SAP analytics cloud and choose the competition theme

6. SUBMIT YOUR STORYBOARD

Submit your storyboard in PDF format on the ADSE webpage by 25 june 2018

7. WAIT FOR SHORLISTED TEAMS ANNOUNCEMENT

10 teams in each ASEAN country will be selected to present at the national finals

8. PREPARE POWER POINT PRESENTATION FOR NATIONAL FINAL

3 winning teams in each national final will be conducted in september 2018 will be awarded total cash prizes of Euro 1,400

9. PREPARE FOR ASEAN FACE-OFF

The champion from each country will get to attend the ASEAN FACE-OFF on 25 october 2018 in Singapore attractive prizes worth up to Euro 3.600 await the top three winning teams.

2. 40% ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS

Use of clear, focused and quality visual analysis, compelling charts and graphs to depict the datasets and give viewers meaningful insights
Most suitable chart(s) used minimum of 5 charts
Graph(s) and storyboard are well structured and organized

3. 40% RECOMMENDATION

Recommendations that are feasible spesific, sustaniable, original and impactful
Scalable accross more than one ASEAN member state
Innovative Solution(s) that are attainable with current technology and resources
